Simon has 15 years experience in identifying medical technology talent, strategic consulting and recruitment technology. He leads the strategic growth of Vado Med Tech worldwide and plays a hands-on role with our candidate and client relationships.

Starting out at SThree as a Contracts Consultant, Simon has been a top biller and leader on both perm and contract desks. After SThree, he was integral to building and running another start-up ICT/Engineering recruiter, growing from 4 to 120 desks over 8 years. As Managing Director, he leads this firm to be voted the Best Recruiter to Work For in the Sunday Times Top 100 Small Companies in 2017.
